Easter Holiday

The LMS Office will close at 1pm on Maundy Thursday and reopens at 9am Easter Tuesday (3rd April). Any website orders placed during these times will be processed upon our return.

LMS Online Ordo

We now have the 2018 Ordo available online.

This is a day-to-day liturgical calendar for the Missal of 1962 (Extraordinary Form, Vetus Ordo) for England and Wales.

If you prefer a hard copy, we have a few copies available, which may be puchased HERE.

Servers Required

The Latin Mass Society will celebrate the Sacred Triduum at St Mary Moorfields, London. As last year, the services on Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and Holy Saturday all start at 6pm and we are appealing for servers to assist at any or all of these. If you are available, please contact Stephen by email at the LMS Office or by phone 020 7404 7284.

Referendum on Abortion

Four lay-led organisations promoting the ancient Latin liturgy are today appealing for Masses and prayers for the forthcoming Referendum on abortion, due to take place in the Republic of Ireland in late May or early June. The referendum will ask voters if they wish to abolish the 8th Amendment of the Irish Constitution, which protects the unborn. If the amendment is removed, it will be possible for legislation permitting abortion to be brought forward.

Masses to be offered for this intention include:

New website for FSSP

The Priestly Fraternity of St Peter has launched a new website for their apostolate in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

There are dedicated pages for apostolates in Bedford, Chesham Bois, Reading and Warrington, plus a link through to FSSP Scotland and Ireland.
