The Latin Mass Society exists to foster the traditional Latin Mass and its associated religious and cultural patrimony. There are three ways you can support our work:
1. Become a member
We want everyone to encounter the transcendent beauty of traditional Catholic worship. The Sacred Liturgy is part of the Catholic Church’s patrimony and part of mankind’s broader cultural heritage too. For this reason, the majority of our events are open to anyone who wishes to attend. As an association of Roman Catholics, we rely on subscriptions from our members to make this work possible.
Membership benefits include:
- Mass of Ages – quarterly magazine delivered to your door within the UK
- Newsletter – a monthly e-newsletter with details of our events and other news
- Discounts – discounted events and 5% discount at our online shop
- Membership pack – Ordinary Prayers book, LMS lapel badge and other resources
- Holy Mass – offered weekly for living and deceased members
By joining the LMS you become part of an international Catholic movement working for the preservation of the ancient Roman Rite.
2. Become a supporter
Our supporters are an informal grouping of people sympathetic to the work of the Latin Mass Society. Supporters sign-up for religious or cultural reasons and you do not have to be a Roman Catholic to become a supporter. There is no charge and supporters receive our monthly e-newsletter with information about events and the work of the society.
3. Make a donation
Our work would not be possible without donations from members and others. Donations can be made in a number of ways:
- You can make a one off donation
- Become a regular giver
- Give a legacy in your Will
An international movement
The LMS is affiliated to Una Voce, an international federation of Roman Catholic organizations attached to the traditional liturgy. By supporting the LMS you become part of a wider movement seeking to preserve the traditional liturgy as part of the Catholic Church’s spiritual patrimony and humanity’s broader cultural heritage. Although the society’s charitable remit is within England and Wales we have an international reach, with members and supporters around the globe.
