
LMS 60th anniversary – Visit of Bishop Athanasius Schneider commences celebrations
The Latin Mass Society is marking its sixtieth anniversary with a series of events across England and Wales. The celebrations commence in June with a visit by Bishop Athanasius Schneider during the Octave of Pentecost.
Bishop Schneider is a staunch defender of Catholic tradition and is well known for his advocacy of the traditional Roman Liturgy. All are warmly invited to participate in His Excellency’s visit, which will include the following occasions:
NORTHAMPTON: Wednesday 11 June: Pontifical High Mass, Northampton Cathedral, 7 pm.
RAMSGATE: Friday 13 June: Pontifical High Mass, Shrine of St Augustine, Ramsgate, 6 pm.
