The Latin Mass Society has a vacancy for a part-time Office Assistant.
Based in central London, the Office Assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative work of the charity. This includes office administration, membership renewals, liaising with our country-wide network of representatives, processing orders from our on-line shop and over-seeing work undertaken by occasional volunteers in the office.
You should possess a good understanding of the Traditional Catholic world, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to prioritise work and multi-task. A working knowledge of Drupal website content management system is desirable.
21 hours per week, on a flexible working pattern, with additional hours as required.
