The Latin Mass Society is gathering a “spiritual bouquet” of 1000 Rosaries for Pope Leo XIV.
As Pope Leo prepares for the solemn inauguration of his Petrine Ministry this Sunday, we invite all the faithful to join us in pledging prayers and good works—especially the Most Holy Rosary—for the Holy Father and his intentions.
The Latin Mass Society’s Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.00 pm on Saturday, 28 June 2025, at St Walburge’s Church, Pedder Street, Preston PR2 2QE.
The day will begin with a High Mass of the Vigil of Saints Peter and Paul, followed by Benediction of the Holy Cross, starting at 11:00 am.
The High Mass is open to all. The AGM is open to LMS members and we are pleased to announce that Canon William Hudson ICKSP will give the Address. The occasion will mark his 25th anniversary of ordination to the Sacred Priesthood — Ad multos annos!

The members of the Latin Mass Society of England and Wales join their fellow Catholics around the world in prayer for the repose of the soul of Pope Francis.
The Latin Mass Society customarily arranges a Requiem Mass and a Mass Pro Eligendo Romano Pontifice upon the death of the Pope.
A traditional Sung Requiem Mass will be offered for the late Pontiff at Corpus Christi, Maiden Lane, in London, on Monday 21 April 2025 at 6.30 pm. The Mass will be sung by the Southwell Consort to Palestrina’s setting Missa pro Defunctis.
Holy Cross Pilgrimage 2025: A Journey of Faith Across England and Wales
Throughout the Jubilee Year 2025, the Holy Cross Pilgrimage will carry a relic of the True Cross to churches across England and Wales, offering the faithful an opportunity for veneration and prayer.
The Royal School of Needlework is one of the world's great centres of expertise keeping alive the tradition of hand embroidery. They do work for museums and the Royal Family, and they teach new generations of students.
Traditional celebrations of the Sacred Triduum for 2025 will take place at churches accross England & Wales.

Booking is now open for the 43rd annual Chartres Pilgrimage, which is taking place over the Whitsun weekend, 7 to 9 June 2025. This traditional pilgrimage has grown year on year with 18,000 pilgrims undertaking the 70-mile walk in 2024. The pilgrimage is organised by Notre-Dame de Chrétienté.
