The Institute of Christ the King Sovereign Priest will celebrate a Sung Mass in honour of St Chad at St Winefride's, Shrewsbury on Saturday 2nd March at 11.30am. The Sister Adorers will sing, including a Te Deum at the end of Mass. Refreshments will be then served in the presbytery, to which all are invited.

Bookings are now being accepted for our Residential Latin Course, to be held in The Carmelite Retreat Centre, Boars Hill, Oxfordshire from Monday, 29th July to Friday 2nd August 2019.
The course is intensive, over five days. The Latinists will be able to attend Mass in the Extraordinary Form, either Low or Sung, each day. The Latin Mass Society’s Latin coursebook, Simplicissimus, is used as an aid in the course, and all participants are given a copy.
The spring 2019 edition of Mass of Ages has been published and distributed to members, as well as to cathedrals and churches around the country.
Regina Caeli UK is a centre for home educators operating in the Catholic tradition, with pastoral support from the Fraternity of St. Peter (FSSP).
Thanks to significant interest, they plan to open a centre in Barton-le-Clay in Central Bedfordshire in September 2019. Their academy will give parents a thriving community of like-minded educators, providing practical and moral support to equip our children for the world of tomorrow using 'the best that has been thought and said'.

The Rt Rev. Mark Davies, Bishop of Shrewsbury, will celebrate a Pontifical High Mass in his Cathedral Church of of Our Lady Help of Christians and Saint Peter of Alcantara on Sunday, 10th February at 1pm.
The Mass, in the presence of the Very Rev. Mgr Gilles Wach, Prior General of the ICKSP, is to mark the official launch of the Institute’s latest Mission in England and Wales.
Canon Smith of the Institute, now celebrates Mass in the cathedral Mondays to Fridays at 7.30am and in St Winefride's church on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
The next Sung Mass in the Extraordinary Form at Holy Trinity will be on Sunday 30th December 2018.
After this, the pattern of celebrations of the Extraordinary Form will change. With the continuing hospitality of the Parish Priest, Canon John Batthula, in the course of the year there will be four such Masses on Sundays:
Laetare Sunday, 31st March
Whitsun (Pentecost), 9th June
1st Sunday of October - (Our Lady of the Rosary), 6th October
Gaudete Sunday, 15th December
