Davies’ predecessor, Eric de Savanthem, was President for 30 years, from the early days of the organisation, so the book revolves around these two remarkable men.

Black cope wanted

We have been asked by a priest serving in a Mission Station in South Africa if we could source a black cope for him to use.

Fr Gregory has a set of black vestments, which enabled him to offer 3 consecutive Low Masses on All Souls Day, but, so that he can perform absolutions at the catafalque in the future, he is in need of a cope. It doesn’t matter if the cope is in need of repair, he can arrange for this to be done, as he has done in the past with vestments.

If you are able to help, please contact Stephen Moseling, the General Manager, at the LMS Office.
