Weekly Sunday Mass in Bradford

As reported earlier this year, Sunday (11th September) was the start of a regular Sunday Mass in the Extraordinary Form in the centre of Bradford.

Bishop Marcus Stock, Bishop of Leeds, kindly agreed to a request for a permanent home for the Latin Mass within his diocese. He nominated St Joseph’s Church, Pakington Street, Bradford BD5 7LD as that home.

It is envisaged that there will be at least two sung Sunday Masses per month, when this is not possible, it will be a Low Mass.

This will be our seventh walking pilgrimage to Walsingham for the conversion of England. Pilgrims meet at Ely on the Thursday evening and, after Mass early Friday morning, start the 55-mile walk to Walsingham.
